Refund Policy
This policy covers refunds for scheduled iPianoLab classes and camps. Class refunds use the class start date. Camp refunds are prorated based on the camp dates attended.
Class withdrawals (excluding camps)
If you choose to withdraw from a class, the refund is calculated as follows:

| Days 0–7 from the class start date | 90% of the payment, minus the actual credit card processing fee. |
| Days 8–21 from the class start date | 75% of the payment, minus the actual credit card processing fee. |
| More than 21 days after the class start date | Individual review is required. A refund is not automatically granted or denied. |
All windows use calendar days. The class start date is day 0.
Camp withdrawals
For one-day camps, full-week camps, and individually purchased camp dates, your refund is based on the portion of your purchased camp dates that you did not attend:
Refund = camp payment × (purchased dates − attended dates) ÷ purchased dates − credit card processing fee − previous refunds.
For example, if you paid $500 for five camp dates and attended two, the refundable portion is $300, less the actual credit card processing fee and any previous refunds. Each purchased date has an equal share of the amount paid, including any discount.
If you have not attended any purchased dates, the full camp payment is refundable less the fee. If you attended all purchased dates, no refund remains. The class withdrawal windows above do not apply to camps. Attendance is based on our recorded attendance; incomplete records require review.
Processing fees and previous refunds
The fee deduction is the actual credit card processing fee for your original payment. The class percentage or camp proration is applied to the payment first, then the fee is deducted. Any previous refunds are also deducted, and the refund cannot be less than zero or exceed the remaining payment balance.
If iPianoLab cancels the class or camp
If iPianoLab cancels your class or camp, you are eligible for a full refund of the remaining payment, with no credit card processing fee deducted. Class withdrawal percentages and camp attendance proration do not apply to these cancellations.
